Tuition and Payment Policies

1. Tuition Due Date

Tuition for classes at KDA DANCE is due on the 1st of each month. To streamline the payment process and ensure a hassle-free experience, we offer autopay options. Autopay is a convenient way for you to focus on your passion for dance, while we take care of the administrative details.

2. Autopay Instructions

Enrolling in autopay is easy! Simply provide your preferred payment method when registering for classes, and we will automatically process your tuition on the 1st of each month. This ensures that your account remains in good standing, and you can continue to enjoy uninterrupted access to our dance classes. Click here to set it up.

Withdrawal and Refund Policies

1. Two-Week Drop Notice

Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a change in your dance commitments. If you decide to withdraw from classes, we require a two-week notice.

2. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for classes, kids’ night out, camps, costumes, or recital fees.

Studio Etiquette and Code of Conduct

1. Attendance

Consistent attendance is crucial for the progress of each dancer and the overall cohesion of the class. Please notify the studio in advance if you anticipate an absence. You can let the studio know, by emailing dancekda@gmail.com or in the parent portal via jackrabbit.

2. Dress Code

Proper dance attire enhances the learning experience and ensures the safety of all participants. Please adhere to the dress code outlined for each class found in the jackrabbit class descriptions.

3. Respectful Behavior

We foster a positive and inclusive environment. Respectful behavior towards instructors, fellow dancers, and studio property is expected at all times.
